Exfoliation should be a skin care method that many girls are more concerned about, but do you know that different skin types have different exfoliation methods? Today, we have sorted out the exfoliating methods for different skin types.
Combination skin exfoliation
Characteristics of oily skin: oil secretion is relatively strong, T-site is shiny, large pores, and blackheads on the touch; dark yellow appearance, darker skin color, better elasticity, less prone to wrinkles, aging, and less sensitive to external stimuli.
How to exfoliate oily skin: Because the stratum corneum of oily skin is thick, it is not easy to exfoliate the aged keratin, and once the pores are blocked, it is more likely to cause "acne crisis". The most common exfoliating products, such as scrubs or softeners, are more suitable for thick and rough skin, making exfoliation more thorough and effective.
Exfoliating dry skin
Dry skin features: pores are relatively small, and the skin surface is not shiny. However, it is easy to form fine dry lines, especially around the eyes and lips, and dry skin is prone to tightness and even peeling. After cleansing, it usually has a longer tightness.
How to exfoliate dry skin: Because the stratum corneum of dry skin is relatively thin, it is prone to irritation.
Normal skin exfoliation
Features of normal skin: Normal skin has moderate moisture and oil content. The skin is smooth, tender and soft, full of elasticity, ruddy and shiny, with small pores and no blemishes. It is the most ideal and beautiful skin. Neutral skin is mostly found in children, usually young girls under 14 years of age before development. Very young people, especially after puberty, still maintain neutral skin. This kind of skin tends to be oily in summer and dry in winter.
How to exfoliate normal skin: You can choose a milder keratin cream.
